At Airsole.co, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United Kingdom and Australia, starting from the date you receive your item.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be unworn, unused, and free from damage

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@airsole.co with your order number and reason for return

  2. If approved, we will email you detailed return instructions along with a free pre-paid return label

  3. Securely pack the item and send it back using the provided label

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Free Return Shipping (UK & Australia)

  • We provide a free pre-paid return shipping label for all approved returns in the United Kingdom and Australia

  • Items must be returned using the provided label to qualify for free return shipping

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • No restocking fees are charged


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@airsole.co so we can resolve the issue promptly.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@airsole.co

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
