1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders.
To ensure you receive the best pricing, some items may be shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners and distribution centers.

3. Shipment Origin & Transparency
Please note that while our business is registered in the United Kingdom, our inventory is held in multiple fulfillment centers globally (including Asia and Europe) to facilitate faster shipping depending on stock availability. This allows us to offer free worldwide shipping to our customers.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Airsole.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Airsole.co is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied.

If your package is damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
